Global voting

AP3 vote annually at approximately 1,400 AGMs, of which approximately 130 are in Sweden. The fund publishes annual Corporate Governance Reports with reports on how the fund has exercised its ownership responsibility. The reports contain, among other things, details of how the fund voted at Swedish AGMs and overall summaries of how the fund voted at foreign AGMs.
