AP3 is a Swedish governmental authority, and subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Thus, AP3 only collects and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation. AP3 acts as Data Controller when processing personal data. Processing of personal data
Most of the personal data that AP3 processes about you, you have provided to AP3 yourself, either as a private person or as a representative of an organization. Some data may also have been obtained from third parties, for example from your employer, when AP3 has a business relationship with them.
AP3 may, among other things, process your data when it is necessary to communicate with you, for example in connection with your application for a job at AP3, or when it is necessary when entering into, or fulfilling a contract with you or an organization that you represent. The legal basis for processing in these cases are “performance of a contract” or “public interest”.
